Textile Industry Tax Exportation

Reporters learned from the local tax department in August 18th that due to the influence of RMB exchange rate and other factors, the export of Nanjing's textile industry slowed down this year, and its efficiency declined sharply.

According to statistics, as of July 31st, Nanjing's textile industry paid 16 million 240 thousand yuan to local taxes, down 3 million 490 thousand yuan, or 17.69%.

Insiders said that although the exchange rate fluctuations in the second half of the year were stable compared with the first half of the year, and the textile export tax rebate rate increased by 2%, the trend of increasing output value of textile industry is still difficult to reverse. Only by developing products with high added value and strong profitability can enterprises increase profits and taxes.
